Salesforce Service Cloud Manager Leader

Omya International AG seeks a seasoned Salesforce Service Cloud Manager to lead our global team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for optimizing our Service Cloud platform, driving user adoption, and elevating our customer service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- User Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive user lifecycle process, ensuring seamless user creation, access control, and permissions assignments.
- Platform Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement user guidelines and best practices, maximizing platform utilization and data integrity.
- Release Management: Oversee the entire release lifecycle, including demand orchestration, project management, UAT execution, and communication strategy.
- Integration and Monitoring: Develop and execute monitoring processes to identify and address integration issues proactively.
The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, with a strong understanding of key user management principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience in change and release management methodologies.
We offer a salary of approximately $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes a 50% hybrid work model, ticket restaurant, 30 labor days of holidays, language lessons, medical insurance, and an open and modern office environment.
