La empresa Mcr International busca un profesional altamente cualificado para ocupar el cargo de Product Manager/Brand Manager en su sede de Barcelona. Se requiere experiencia previa en el sector de la cosmética y conocimientos en productos dermatológicos.

Responsabilidades:
  1. Desarrollo de Estrategias de Marketing Médico: Analizar y definir estrategias de marketing médico en coordinación con el departamento de visitas médicas y la creación de materiales de apoyo para presentar los productos de la marca asignada en las visitas médicas.
  2. Conocimiento Científico: Convertirse en un referente científico de la marca asignada, con un alto conocimiento en productos y patologías.
  3. Formación y Capacitación: Definir e implementar planes de formación en coordinación con visita médica y herramientas de apoyo para representantes médicos de ventas con el fin de lograr visitas profesionalizadas.
  4. Integración de la Marca: Definir y ejecutar el plan de integración de la marca.
  5. Marketing para Nuevos Objetivos: Definir e implementar el plan de marketing para nuevos objetivos, por tipo de especialista y potencial de prescripción (KOL, residentes, enfermeras).
Requisitos:
  1. Formación Académica: Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud o equivalente.
  2. Experiencia Laboral: 3+ años de experiencia en el sector de Dermatología.
  3. Habilidades: Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita, verbal y de colaboración, pensamiento analítico y enfoque en el paciente.
  4. Interés: Apasionado por el marketing y el mundo de la salud.
