Key Account Manager BeNeLux HC & Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team in the BeNeLux region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic relationships with key customers in the Retail and Healthcare B2B2C channels.

Mission and Key Tasks

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a well-defined strategy for the BeNeLux region in the Retail channel and the Healthcare B2B2C channel.
  • Managing a portfolio of customers within the region, including creating and implementing key account plans.
  • Executing detailed customer and market assessments to identify opportunities for growth and strengthening our market position.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers at all levels of an organization.
  • Analyzing sales and market data to develop new business opportunities.
  • Managing market intelligence through regular store visits and communicating internally.
  • Completion of customer-specific documentation.
Background and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience of dealing with customers at all levels of an organization.
  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills, with knowledge of French an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical ability and ability to think strategically.
  • Advanced Excel skills and PC literacy.
