We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Event Strategist to join our team at Factorial, a fast-growing all-in-one HR Software company. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to develop and execute a comprehensive Spanish marketing events strategy.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and executing a robust event strategy that drives demand generation and nurtures leads through a mix of in-person and online events. Your focus will be on acquiring and engaging SME and mid-market prospects in Spain, ensuring event initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Events Manager, with a proven track record of planning and executing a wide range of B2B events, both online and in person. You will possess excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including high private health insurance, healthy life with Gympass, and language classes with Yolk Academy.
