Customer Success Strategist

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their business goals and objectives through effective account management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Planning: Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and drivers.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to customer success, ensuring seamless delivery of Onshape solutions.
- Business Review: Lead regular business reviews with customers to reinforce ROI, identify opportunities, and drive innovation.
- Project Management: Oversee customer projects, including complex implementations, to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue incremental opportunities within and across business units, working closely with Sales to drive growth.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and share customer feedback with Product Teams to ensure customer needs are heard and addressed.
- Internal Collaboration: Effectively navigate internal and cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs and business objectives are met.
- Customer Advocacy: Instill enthusiasm within customers to become advocates of Onshape through referrals, case studies, and customer spotlights.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed KPIs and goals set by Onshape and Customer Success leadership.
