The Role
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns via email or chat. You will be the front line for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met promptly and professionally. Your expertise will help identify root causes, implement solutions, and prevent recurring issues.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be proactive, anticipating potential customer issues and resolving them before they escalate. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you'll work closely with internal teams, including Development, System Reliability Engineers, Product, Customer Success, and Data Services. Collaborative teamwork is key, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts to ensure around-the-clock support.

Preferred Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience, particularly in IT. Proficiency in Ticketing Systems like Zendesk, Jira, or Intercom is highly desirable.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
