About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ADP, Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within a defined geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target decision-makers and business owners
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and support to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements
  • Positive self-starter with a strong ability to cold call and manage time effectively
  • Agile problem solver with a continuous learning mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior quota-carrying experience
  • Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales
