Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Kyc System Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Ebury's CLM Solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to the development of robust and secure financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product - FenX - and extend to Enterprise
  • Configure and refine FenX in line with Ebury requirements
  • Validate functional configuration changes as expected
  • Support acceptance testing to address functional queries and make configuration updates
  • Collaborate with the Product Team on product requirements and testing outputs
  • Support defect triage throughout the delivery process
  • Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with standard processes
Requirements
  • Strong business analysis skills and experience in eliciting and analyzing business requirements
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
  • Good attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented
  • Proficient analytical and solutioning skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar related qualification
  • Ideal experience in Financial or Banking Services, with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Experience in CRM or CLM platforms is a plus
