We are seeking a highly skilled KYC System Administrator to join our team in Málaga. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing our Ebury's CLM Solutions, ensuring robust and compliant applications that facilitate international trade and commerce.
Key Responsibilities- Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product -FenX-, with a willingness to extend to Enterprise.
- Configure and refine FenX in line with Ebury's requirements.
- Validate functional configuration changes as expected.
- Support acceptance testing to address, respond to functional queries, and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries.
- Collaborate with the Product Team with respect to product requirements and testing outputs.
- Support defect triage throughout the delivery process.
- Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with standard processes.
- Strong business analysis skills, business process, and requirements analysis - experience in eliciting and analyzing business requirements and following the process through to final delivery.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.
- Good attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented.
- Proficient analytical and solutioning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar related qualification.
- Ideally, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial or Banking Services.
- Experience in CRM or CLM platforms would be a plus.
