Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Kyc Systems Admin to join our team in Málaga. As a key contributor, you will design and implement Ebury's CLM Solutions, ensuring robust and compliance applications that facilitate global business operations.

You will be part of our main services and processes, including Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Risk Rating, IDV, and Ongoing Due Diligence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product -FenX-, with a willingness to extend to Enterprise.
  • Configure and refine FenX in line with Ebury requirements.
  • Validate functional configuration changes as expected.
  • Support acceptance testing to address, respond to functional queries, and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team with respect to product requirements and testing outputs.
  • Support defect triage throughout the delivery process.
  • Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with standard processes.
Requirements
  • Strong business analysis skills, business process, and requirements analysis.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.
  • Good attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Proficient analytical and solutioning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar related qualification.
  • Ideally, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial or Banking Services.
  • Experience in CRM or CLM platforms is a plus.
