Job Title: KYC Systems Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Systems Admin to join our team in Málaga. As a key contributor to our CLM Solutions, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust and compliant applications that enable our clients to conduct business globally.

Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product -FenX-, with a willingness to extend to Enterprise.
  • Configure and refine FenX in line with Ebury requirements.
  • Validate functional configuration changes as expected.
  • Support acceptance testing to address, respond to functional queries, and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team with respect to product requirements and testing outputs.
  • Support defect triage throughout the delivery process.
  • Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with standard processes.
Requirements
  • Strong business analysis skills, business process, and requirements analysis.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.
  • Good attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Proficient analytical and solutioning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar related qualification.
  • Ideal experience in Financial or Banking Services.
  • Experience in CRM or CLM platforms is a plus.
