Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Systems Administrator to join our team in Málaga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing expertise in Fenergo SaaS product -FenX-, configuring and refining FenX in line with Ebury requirements, and collaborating with the Product Team to ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Fenergo SaaS product -FenX-
  • Configure and refine FenX to meet Ebury's specific requirements
  • Validate functional configuration changes and ensure compliance with internal governance processes
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure effective product requirements and testing outputs
  • Support defect triage throughout the delivery process
Requirements
  • Strong business analysis skills, with experience in eliciting and analyzing business requirements
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
  • Good attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented
  • Proficient analytical and solutioning skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar related qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial or Banking Services
  • Experience in CRM or CLM platforms is a plus
