Job Title: KYC System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled KYC System Administrator to join our team in Málaga. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Ebury's CLM Solutions, ensuring robust and compliant applications that contribute to removing boundaries to clients' money and making business possible worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product - FenX - and extend to Enterprise
  • Configure and refine FenX in line with Ebury requirements
  • Validate functional configuration changes as expected
  • Support acceptance testing to address, respond to functional queries, and make any appropriate configuration updates related to these queries
  • Collaborate with the Product Team regarding product requirements and testing outputs
  • Support defect triage throughout the delivery process
  • Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with standard processes
Requirements:
  • Strong business analysis skills and business process and requirements analysis experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
  • Good attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented
  • Proficient analytical and solutioning skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar related qualification
  • Ideal experience in Financial or Banking Services, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
