Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kyc System Administrator to join our team in Málaga. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Ebury's Compliance, List Management (CLM) Solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product - FenX, and configure it in line with Ebury's requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Fenergo SaaS product - FenX, with a focus on extending its capabilities to meet Ebury's needs.
- Configure and refine FenX to ensure seamless integration with Ebury's systems and processes.
- Validate functional configuration changes to ensure they meet Ebury's requirements.
- Support acceptance testing, address functional queries, and make necessary configuration updates.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure alignment with product requirements and testing outputs.
- Participate in defect triage throughout the delivery process.
- Adhere to internal governance processes and ensure compliance with standard procedures.
Requirements
- Strong business analysis skills, with experience in eliciting and analyzing business requirements.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.
- Good attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented.
- Proficient analytical and solutioning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial or Banking Services, with experience in CRM or CLM platforms being a plus.
