Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Kyc System Administrator to join our team. As a key contributor to our Compliance and Risk Management department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our Ebury's CLM Solutions, striving for more robust and compliance applications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop expertise in Fenergo SaaS product - FenX - and configure it in line with Ebury's requirements.
- Validate functional configuration changes and support acceptance testing to address functional queries.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure product requirements and testing outputs are met.
- Support defect triage throughout the delivery process and adhere to internal governance processes.
- Strong business analysis skills, business process, and requirements analysis experience.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required.
- Good attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented.
- Proficient analytical and solutioning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial or Banking Services.
