About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Docplanner. As a key member of our Customer Success function, you will play a critical role in supporting the design and creation of our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of global processes and procedures to standardize and scale our operations
  • Lead data analytics and modelling initiatives to drive business insights and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute key strategic projects and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
  • Provide business analysis and modelling support to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in business operations, analytics, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Technical expertise in working with large data sets, including knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
  • Experience in business analysis and modelling, including financial models and forecasting
  • Proven experience working with multicultural teams and demonstrated communication skills
