About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Docplanner. As a key member of our Customer Success function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implementation of Global Operations
  • Develop and implement global operations strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
Data Analytics and Modelling
  • Lead data analytics and modelling efforts to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain complex data models to drive business insights
Business/Financial Modelling
  • Develop and maintain financial models to drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Project Management
  • Lead project management efforts to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Stakeholder Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Communicate business insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years of professional experience
  2. Fluency in English
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Experience with data analytics and modelling tools
  5. Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
