About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Docplanner. As a key member of our Customer Success function, you will play a critical role in supporting the design and creation of our global operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of global operations processes and procedures to ensure seamless execution across markets.
  • Lead data analytics and modeling efforts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with local teams to scale results and experiments from one market to global projects.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to align on project direction and status.
  • Oversee project management for selected project portfolio, ensuring timely completion and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Math/Physics, CS, Finance, or a related field.
  • Technical expertise in working with large data sets, including knowledge of Tableau/Power BI and SQL.
  • Prior experience in business analysis and modeling a plus.
