Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior German Market Development Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales, marketing, or consulting roles to take their career to the next level.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients in the German market, identifying client needs, and providing strategic marketing solutions to meet business objectives. They will also advise on marketing strategies, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and online performance optimization, as well as upsell and cross-sell marketing and advertising solutions.

Requirements:

  • Language: Native or fluent German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1 level).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting roles. A background in B2B environments is a strong advantage.
  • Skillset: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is preferred. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
