Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sellers in meeting their sustainable compliance needs and ensuring a friction-free selling experience on our platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sellers
- Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon sellers, including the appropriate escalation of sellers' issues.
- Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Compliance Support
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to appropriate channels, including improvement suggestions.
- Liaise with other departments, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams, as required to resolve sellers' issues and questions.
- Communication
- Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
About the Team
Our team is a dynamic and multicultural group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. We are committed to innovation, inclusion, and building others. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will join a team of over 300 members in 6 regions, representing more than 25 nationalities and 51% female talent.
Requirements
- Proficiency (C1 level) in English and French.
- Previous working experience within a customer service/contact center environment.
- Computers & Internet skills, specifically in MS Office Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Other EU languages such as Italian, German, or Spanish would be an advantage.
- Business acumen in areas of Global e-commerce and retail.
- Good data analysis skills.
- Effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
- Process improvement awareness and experience.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility. Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good attitude.
