Seller Engagement Associate with French

Amazon Spain Services, S.L. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Seller Engagement Associate with French. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon Selling Partners in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe, meeting all their sustainable compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
- Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to appropriate channels, including improvement suggestions.
- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.
Your day will progress driving seller engagement to help selling partners identify their compliance needs and guiding them through new & existing legislative requirements to ensure friction-free selling on Amazon platforms. You will speak with Sellers in different countries via phone and email and use various internal tools. You will also work with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience.

Requirements- Proficiency (C1 level) in English and French.
- Previous working experience within a customer service/contact center environment.
- Computers & Internet skills, specifically in MS Office Excel.
- Other EU languages such as Italian, German, or Spanish would be an advantage.
- Business acumen in areas of Global e-commerce and retail.
- Good data analysis skill.
- Effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
- Process improvement awareness and experience.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility. Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good attitude.
