Product Marketing Manager - Innovation Lead

We're expanding our product marketing capabilities at Make, and we're looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to lead our innovation efforts. As a key member of our product marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their challenges, and their needs.
  • Partner with product and commercial teams to launch new features and applications, driving awareness and acquisition among prospective and existing customers.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Enable commercial teams on our differentiated product capabilities by creating a range of tools and materials that effectively communicate our value throughout the customer journey.
  • Support product positioning, audience definition, and sizing, research pricing, and naming for a portfolio of solutions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing within a B2B technology business.
  • Good understanding of all aspects of product marketing, with a particular focus on product launch strategy, messaging, and execution.
  • Experience and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
  • Experience in driving cross-functional teams against shared goals.
  • Naturally strong communicator - both written and verbal with good stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies and potential gaps - and fix them.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced scaleup environment, delivering iteratively.
