Your Role at Littlebig Connection

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of our Marketing team, based in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid), reporting directly to the CMO. Your primary focus will be on our two main offers: our marketplace and our Vendor Management System (VMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our product in the market. Craft compelling narratives and key messages for product launches, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new feature releases. Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop GTM plans that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor offerings and identify key differentiators for our product. Regularly gather and report on market insights to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Enablement & Support: Create and deliver sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, product sheets, FAQs, and competitive battle cards. Train the sales and customer success teams on product positioning, key features, and competitive advantages.
  • Candidate Profile: We are looking for a candidate with a master's degree in marketing and at least 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
  • Proven ability to create compelling product messaging and successfully launch products or features.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a knack for turning complex technical details into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement processes and the ability to create impactful materials like product sheets, battle cards, and pitch decks.
