About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at Balenciaga. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance sales and increase revenue growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with customer requirements and operating procedures.
  • Meet daily sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Chinese.
