Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development and Sales Professional to join our team at Inspektai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and meet sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Become well-versed with our product range and identify potential customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Engage with both new and existing customers to understand and cater to their needs, emphasizing product features to show how they meet customer requirements.
  • Address queries regarding our products, handle price negotiations, finalize sales agreements, and ensure timely closures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different sectors to maintain a robust contact list and nurture relationships with clients.
  • Offer feedback for product design to ensure it meets client requirements and ensure post-sale client satisfaction and provide necessary support.
  • Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a business focus.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to find solutions that benefit both the company and our clients.
  • Proficiency in standard office software tools.
  • A keen understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Robust negotiation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective clients and existing clients.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
