Job Summary:

As a key member of our team at Akuaro, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of User Acquisition and Growth to lead our efforts in expanding our user and customer base. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading company in the retail industry and contribute to the development of innovative loyalty solutions, personalized offers, and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive user acquisition and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth objectives.
  • Lead and support the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
  • Analyze data to continuously optimize strategies.

Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience in lead generation and growth, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, lead generation, and growth techniques.
  • Analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
