Job Title: Senior IT Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Business Development Representative to join our team at Antal International Network. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients in the IT sector.
  • Understand and address the needs and requirements of clients.
  • Build and sustain long-term professional relationships to create a mutually beneficial environment.
  • Prevent client attrition and implement strategies to keep clients loyal.
  • Propose and execute solutions to client challenges within established timelines.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold trust.
  • Identify high-value clients and strategize ways to build and nurture these relationships.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and generate additional sales.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for client retention.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in companies providing digital services and solutions related to document management, electronic signatures, digital identity, and certified electronic communications.
  • In-depth knowledge of the ICT market, with experience in the Digital Trust sector preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success.
