Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Supervise and manage the daily performance of the Field Sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Assign and coordinate territories, routes, and individual goals for each team member, and conduct regular review meetings to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
- Provide Guidance and Coaching: Offer guidance, mentoring, and coaching to develop the team's skills and provide the necessary tools, resources, and training for the sales team to be effective in their roles.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align the value proposition with customer needs and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary knowledge of the products and services being sold.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs and sales targets at both team and individual levels, and develop corrective action plans when objectives are not being met.
- Communicate Effectively: Prepare periodic performance reports and present them to senior management, and ensure that the Field Sales team maintains a customer-centric approach.
