We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist to support the growth of EiQ, a pioneering end-to-end supply chain due diligence platform.
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, generating leads, and optimizing the marketing and sales funnel using digital marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing cross-channel digital marketing strategies, creating market-leading search campaigns, and managing social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for EiQ, leveraging various channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create and implement a cutting-edge search strategy, including paid and organic tactics, to increase visibility and drive conversions.
- Build and maintain a strong independent social presence for EiQ, utilizing paid advertising to grow our audience.
- Manage and optimize marketing contact databases and audiences, implementing automation and retargeting tactics to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate with the group digital marketing community to enhance the MarTech setup for EiQ, proposing innovative technologies to optimize the setup.
- Analyze end-to-end marketing performance, from awareness through to revenue, identifying insights and implementing data-driven tactics to optimize the funnel.
- Provide regular marketing performance reports to EiQ and commercial management teams.
- Manage the paid search budget for EiQ, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Analyze user experience on the EiQ platform and provide actionable feedback to the product team.
- Optimize workflows and reporting in CRM with commercial and customer success teams.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of expertise.
- Broad experience in marketing technology, particularly Google (Analytics, Ads, Looker Studio), paid social, SEO/SEM, user experience tools (HotJar), automation (Pardot), and CRM (SalesForce or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Able to independently operate paid advertising campaigns, driving measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language, with additional languages being a plus.
- Occasional international travel required.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
