Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts, enhancing lead acquisition, improving brand visibility, optimizing the customer experience, and maximizing business opportunities through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across our website, paid channels, CRM, email marketing, and other platforms.
  • Lead the development and launch of our new website to ensure seamless user experience and positioning.
  • Manage day-to-day content updates and promotions on our website.
  • Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and other digital platforms with the support of our digital agency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue Management, Social Media, Design, Content) to execute promotions and campaigns that boost conversions and revenue.
  • Optimize and manage the loyalty program and email marketing to enhance customer retention.
  • Track and report performance using Google Analytics, Dashboards, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Create reports and maintain KPI dashboards for all digital channels, launching A/B tests to provide actionable insights for strategy refinement.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish with an advanced level of English (C1).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
  • Proven experience in website management, CMS, and digital campaign execution.
  • Ability to analyze data, run A/B tests, and refine strategies for improved results.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
