Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Director to lead our IT and Digital sourcing efforts. As a key member of the Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office - Procurement & Sourcing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global category strategies to ensure cost savings and quality improvement
- Manage supplier performance and relationships to drive continuous total cost control and performance improvement
- Build and maintain a global supplier base, including contracting, negotiations, and risk management
- Secure global KPI performance and ensure procurement policy implementation
- Provide support to IT teams to increase compliance and negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing with a proven track record of success in a cross-cultural and matrix-based environment
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a global and highly matrixed organization
- Fluency in English; French written and verbal communication skills are a bonus
