Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Strategic Sourcing Expert Lead to join our team at ING. As a key member of our Center of Expertise Governance & Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for ensuring ING's control over all sourced Tech activities. Your goal will be to define a holistic approach for our tech Workforce (internal, external, and Hubs) and control our Tech strategic sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the direct manager of the Strategic sourcing and Workforce team.
- Define holistically our Tech workforce strategy, determining the appropriate staffing levels.
- Be the link with HR for IT people needs, as well as CTO and Finance to link workforce strategy definition with execution and follow up.
- Analyse our technological needs and make sure they are satisfied by both Global suppliers and 3rd parties, meeting our high-quality standards.
- Overview and escalate dependencies with global projects and/or key external capabilities.
- Maintain financial control and budget supervision for all our sourcing activities, with focus on key outsourced technical services and Intercompany.

Requirements:

- Strong management and leadership skills, including process management, communication, ability to influence, strategic thinking, and planning.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to analyse data and developments and translate this into possible actions or mitigating measures.
- Communication / stakeholder management skills: ability to develop a vision, taking into account all different stakeholders' interests and translate complex matters into an easy-to-follow storyline.
- You are a strong connector who is used to working with multiple expertise and have a wide vision.
