Job Title: Market Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Transformation Lead to join our team in Italy, Spain, and Portugal. As a key member of our Enterprise Transformation Office, you will play a critical role in executing our transformation vision across the Consumer, Restaurant, and Company strategic advantages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate market transformation to ensure alignment and delivery of the Accelerating the Arches vision across the three strategic advantages – Consumer, Restaurant, Company.
  • Collaborate closely with market leadership, Enterprise Transformation Office, and program leadership to seamlessly integrate and execute programs, such as GBS, ArchOS, MCX, etc.
  • Drive integration of market roadmap and ongoing change control in alignment with Enterprise Transformation Office governance and process.
  • Track execution progress, triage and escalate risks, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Facilitate horizontal coordination among market teams to promote a shared understanding of interdependencies.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the roadmap, adapting plans to accommodate changing priorities, resources, or external factors.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in optimizing project management at country or business level.
  • Alignment with corporate strategy, balancing segment/country-specific needs with overall organizational goals.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent execution, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting processes and priorities as needed.
What We Offer:

A willingness to travel between the markets you cover (Italy, Spain, Portugal) is paramount. The role may also involve limited ad-hoc travel elsewhere in Europe and the USA to work with global colleagues.
