About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Project Lead to join our team at Aire Ancient Baths. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation projects that align with our strategic systems plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead assigned digital projects, ensuring control over costs, scope, and timelines.
  • Define Project Scope: Define necessary scope to achieve functional objectives.
  • Project Planning: Plan and prioritize tasks based on urgency and dependencies.
  • Vendor Management: Select and supervise external vendors.
  • Reporting: Report project progress to relevant committees and directors.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Certification: Certification in Project Management or IT Management methodologies.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced office software proficiency, project management tools, ticketing management tools, intermediate knowledge of web technologies, and application development experience.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
