Key Responsibilities- Evangelize digital change throughout CH EMEA Clusters/countries
- Co-shape EMEA Clusters/countries strategies with CH EMEA members and ensure IT innovation aligns with Commercial Operations priorities
- Evolve multi-year digital roadmaps and execute within selected Clusters/markets in EMEA
- Implement programs, realize value, and drive change for all commercial (marketing sales) IT activities within EMEA Clusters/countries
- Identify value potential through digital business models and translate new business models into technology
- Scout the CPG Industry for transformative trends and consult on their value for our consumers and customers
- Closely collaborate with Global Digital Leads and Product Platforms to drive value for CH
- Relevant university degree in business, information science, or equivalent
- 5+ years' experience working in digital transformation initiatives
- Strong communication, outcome-oriented, proven analytical and strategic thinking
- Proven leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically about technology and execute as necessary
- Knowledge and experience in digital technologies and data
- Fluency in English, local additional language is a plus
