- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, plan and prioritize tasks based on urgency and dependencies.
- Supervision and Validation: Supervise correct implementation and validate deliverables.
- Approval and Deployment: Obtain approval from various directors and committees, lead, plan, and coordinate project deployment across centers and departments.
- Vendor Management: Select and supervise external vendors, prepare RFI documents for implementation offers, establish selection criteria and choose vendors accordingly.
- Contract Execution: Ensure correct contract execution by vendors, negotiate conflicts with vendors.
- Governance and Reporting: Implement appropriate governance methodologies for each project, report project progress to relevant committees and directors, prepare progress reports and presentations.
- Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent.
- Certification: Certification in Project Management or IT Management methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Advanced office software proficiency, project management tools, ticketing management tools, intermediate knowledge of web technologies, application development experience.
- Other Skills: Team and vendor management, fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex integration projects and business application development, experience in Salesforce environments is highly valued, background in Hospitality, tourism, leisure, or e-commerce sectors is a plus.
