We are seeking a seasoned Senior Digital Project Manager to lead our IT projects and drive digital transformation across the organization.

About the Role

As a Senior Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading various IT projects, from full ERP deployment projects to domain-specific upgrades. Your mission will be to:

  • Lead IT projects with full responsibility, including functional team management, meeting service commitments, and following budget actuals.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships, internal reporting, and governance meetings.
  • Contribute to project pre-studies, support anticipation phases, and lead continuous improvement actions.
  • Manage escalation, communicate project updates, and share resource challenges with the E.IT Europe leadership team.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for an entrepreneur who is passionate about piloting, coaching, and managing project teams. You should have a robust experience articulated across three pillars:

  • SAP background on various modules.
  • Understanding of industrial environments, from Front Office to Supply Chain, including all domains in a plant & Distribution Center.
  • Project Management proficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • Master Engineering/Management School Degree.
  • ERP Solution basic knowledge.
  • IT Project management proficiency.
  • Cross-cultural management.
  • Leadership and communication.
  • Change management and implementation methodology.
  • Interest & experience in managing projects in agile frameworks.
