{"h1": "Director of IT Digital & Commercial", "p": "At Galderma, we are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our digital transformation efforts. As the Director of IT Digital & Commercial, you will be responsible for overseeing IT strategy and digital product management across CRM, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Innovation, Website Management, DevOps, and Governance.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a strategy that aligns with the business desired goals, managing the entire lifecycle of digital products, leading cross-functional teams to deliver products that enhance patient outcomes and optimize operations, and defining and overseeing the IT architecture to ensure robust, scalable, and secure digital platforms environments.

You will also be responsible for managing IT Operations to ensure the reliability, scalability, maintenance, and performance of platforms & applications, implementing DevOps practices to streamline development, deployment, and continuous improvement, and ensuring digital solutions comply with regulations, data privacy standards, and governance policies.

In addition, you will collaborate with security and governance teams to protect data and uphold secure, compliant digital environments, optimize CRM systems for personalized HCP engagement, lead customer service technology initiatives to enhance service and scalability, and manage Marketing Automation and Personalization Platforms (Salesforce), Analytics (Google Analytics & Salesforce) to optimize digital performance and ensure compliance.

As a leader, you will foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, business, and partners, manage both Capex & Opex Budgets for Digital, Commercial, and IT operations initiatives, ensuring resource efficiency, and mentor and develop a team of IT managers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
