Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership:
  • Lead assigned digital projects, ensuring control over costs, scope, and timelines.
  • Define necessary scope to achieve functional objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks based on urgency and dependencies.
  • Supervise correct implementation and validate deliverables.
  • Obtain approval from various directors and committees.

Deployment and Coordination:

  • Lead, plan, and coordinate project deployment across centers and departments.
  • Select and supervise external vendors.
  • Prepare RFI documents for implementation offers.
  • Establish selection criteria and choose vendors accordingly.
  • Ensure correct contract execution by vendors.
  • Negotiate conflicts with vendors.
  • Implement appropriate governance methodologies for each project.

Reporting:

  • Report project progress to relevant committees and directors.
  • Prepare progress reports and presentations.
  • Weekly presentations to project direction committees.
  • Monthly reports to AIRE Management's direction committee.

Strategic Evolution:

  • Identify departmental needs.
  • Propose changes to the systems master plan to address new needs.
  • Research and incorporate industry trends that add value to the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing complex integration projects and business application development.
  • Experience in Salesforce environments is required.
  • Background in Hospitality, tourism, leisure, or e-commerce sectors is a plus.
