About the Role

The Tax Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as providing planning and advisory services to the property.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The Tax Manager will work closely with the finance team to ensure that all tax obligations are met and that the company is in compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide planning and advisory services to the property
  • Develop innovative tax planning
  • Stay updated on the responsibilities and obligations that any of the property companies may incur
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and working papers for the corresponding tax declarations
  • Identify areas of opportunity in compliance with tax obligations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, or related field
  • Experience of more than 2 years in the Tax area
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work safely, prudently, and in an organized manner
