Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Payroll Manager to join our team at RingCentral. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and preparation of financial consolidation for our Parent and subsidiaries on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer all payroll-related items for our Spain entity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Deputize for the Payroll Manager in their absence, overseeing all duties and responsibilities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, including salary, equity compensation, payroll taxes, and statutory and supplemental benefits.
  • Create and update cash forecasting for monthly and quarterly payroll salary/tax payment requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external Payroll vendors, HR, and benefit providers.
  • Provide required documentation for internal and external auditors.
  • Implement process improvements to increase accuracy and payroll department efficiency.
  • Knowledge of consolidations and ability to serve as payroll subject matter expert.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5 years of relevant management experience.
  • Experience working in global companies and knowledge of compliances in international subsidiaries.
  • Strong sense of ownership and curiosity to learn new skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented with an ability to collaborate with different individuals across the organization.
