About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Renewal Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a Cloud Renewal Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful renewal of our clients' cloud contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Renewal Execution Support: Provide end-to-end renewal execution support to our clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  2. Commercial Negotiation: Maintain knowledge of commercial negotiation, renewal execution, and support on transactional steps related to renewals and replacements.
  3. Renewal Coordination: Coordinate renewal activities, sending renewal quotes, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless renewal process for clients.
  5. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms with clients.
  6. Renewal Processing: Ensure all renewals are processed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining detailed records of contract changes and updates.
  7. Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, positive relationships with assigned clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  8. Renewal Forecasting: Proactively engage with clients before contract expiration to discuss renewal options and demonstrate the value of SAP.
  9. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, renewal statuses, and forecasted revenue.
Requirements
  1. Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
  2. Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success or Account Management.
  3. Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  4. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  7. Customer Satisfaction: A passion for customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  8. Interdepartmental Liaison: Able to liaise with various approval steps including accounting, finance, office of CFO, legal, etc.
