Your responsibilities as a Store Manager at Converse include:

  1. Developing a store environment that provides a distinctive shopping experience for customers.
  2. C coordinate, motivate, and manage a diverse team to foster an excellent working atmosphere.
  3. Managing store budgets and operational processes to meet sales targets, optimize performance, and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Implementing and supporting CONVERSE strategies within the store, including sustainability initiatives, NIKE Inc. membership, and digital promotions.
  5. Offering insights to optimize the position of your store in the local market while ensuring adherence to CONVERSE standards and guidelines.
  6. Collaborating with various business partners from stores and headquarters.

Requirements
  • Passion for CONVERSE and/or enthusiasm for sports.
  • 5 years or more of retail or leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Expertise in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Independent and solution-focused approach to work.
  • Talent for building, developing, and strengthening a strong team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and shifts.
