Join STEF as a Key Account Director

Are you ready for a challenging and rewarding role in the logistics industry? STEF, a leading European transport and food logistics company, is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Director to join our team.

About the Role

As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and building customer loyalty for key accounts defined by the company. You will contribute to the design and implementation of the company's commercial strategy, drive commercial development, and establish strong links with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the company's commercial strategy
  • Drive commercial development in the logistics sector
  • Establish strong links with key clients
  • Attend to client needs and propose improvement systems
  • Represent the Customer Care vision within the STEF organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 7 years of experience managing key accounts, experience in the logistics sector, and a higher degree, preferably in logistics or a related field. You will also need a high level of English and French language proficiency.
