Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Paid Media Expert to join our Brand Experience Team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for planning and executing multichannel paid media campaigns to ensure business acquisition and brand awareness objectives.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5-6 years of experience in executing acquisition strategies through paid media in advertisers, media publishers, or media agencies. You should be passionate about the digital world and new environments (value-based bidding, cookieless, AI...), and preferably have previously worked managing and challenging suppliers such as Google, Amazon, etc.

You should have a marketing and communication global vision and online marketing channels knowledge (SEM, Programmatic, Social...), including their contribution to sales in every stage of the digital funnel. Knowledge of offline channels (TV, Radio, OOH) will be considered but is not necessary, as we can teach you.

You will need technical knowledge of digital marketing tools, including optimization and purchasing (Adwords, DSPs, Facebook Ads, DMP...), ad serving (GMP), web analytics (Adobe Customer Journey, Tealium), and data management (CDP).

Apart from your technical skills, you should be able to take the initiative, be flexible, have a curious, analytical, and creative mindset, and be a team player. You should have the ability to earn trust and respect from your team, colleagues, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolving and optimizing the digital cross-cutting paid media strategy to become pioneers in the industry and make investments as efficient as possible.
  • Leveraging relationships with key digital stakeholders like Google to elevate our strategy to the highest level.
  • Executing data activation strategies of first and third-party data, adapting them to industry changes and regulations.
  • Understanding business and brand needs to ensure objective achievement by executing adequate acquisition and branding strategies.
  • Planning, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns through online and offline media to maximize digital sales.
  • Ensuring maximum reach, visibility, and ROI while monitoring campaign performance along with overall bank acquisition results.
  • Optimizing good-quality leads following metrics such as final conversion and lifetime value.
  • Continuous analysis of media channels, web analytics, business, and competition to implement improvements in planning.
  • Executing media budget and coordinating with media agencies to achieve maximum efficiency and optimal media mix by product and target.
  • Focusing on agreements negotiated with media to achieve maximum cost efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in executing acquisition strategies through paid media.
  • Passion for the digital world and new environments.
  • Previous experience managing and challenging suppliers such as Google, Amazon, etc.
  • Marketing and communication global vision.
  • Online marketing channels knowledge (SEM, Programmatic, Social...).
  • Techical knowledge of digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
