We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Experience Manager to join our team at zooplus Services Ltd. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of our products across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery quality and customer satisfaction in the respective country.
- Delivery Service Management: Coordinate with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to roll out new services and procedures, and scout market innovations to drive superior and/or more cost-effective delivery solutions.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with DSPs to ensure long-term cooperation and strategic communication.
- Market Analysis: Monitor customer satisfaction development and set priorities and strategies per market to achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction.
- Country Strategy: Develop and implement a long-term country strategy and annual roadmap to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Project Management: Coordinate continuous improvement projects with logistics, sales, marketing, and customer care teams.
- Education: Graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Experience: Sound experience in logistics services and previous experience working in a highly customer-oriented and challenging logistics-based business.
- Skills: Broad knowledge of methods for identifying customer requirements, demonstrated ability to manage projects, high analytical competence, and advanced IT skills including MS Excel.
- Language: Profound knowledge of the Spanish Last Mile market and logistics, excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
- Travel: Willingness to travel.
