About the Role

Sd Worx is seeking a highly skilled Deal Pricing Specialist to join our Sales Excellence Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing pricing strategies across all sales channels, ensuring accurate and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing Execution
    • Implement pricing changes and promotions in our pricing systems accurately and on schedule.
    • Monitor and verify the accuracy of pricing updates across all platforms.
    • Maintain the integrity of pricing data and ensure consistency across all systems.
    • Ensure Quotes and Order Forms are approved within pricing and discount policies.
    • Run day-to-day quote and pricing build up / approvals.
  • Collaboration and Support
    • Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to help drive new deals as well as up-sell opportunities (tactical pricing).
    • Assist the sales team with pricing-related inquiries and issues.
    • Manage escalations to senior leadership when applicable.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of pricing policies and procedures.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to enhance pricing processes and system functionalities.
    • Participate in projects aimed at improving pricing implementation efficiency and accuracy.
  • Data Management and Analysis
    • Generate and distribute regular internal pricing performance reports.
    • Provide analysis and insights on won & lost past deals priced and feedback to the strategic pricing director:
      • Comparative analysis: per market, per segment, per solution.
      • Qualitative analysis:
      • Insights for management discussions on alignment of pricing strategy and market reality.
      • Risk analysis: perform sensitivity analysis to see how changes in key assumptions would have impacted a deal's success.
      • Synergy analysis: compare deal synergies assumptions (cost savings, revenue enhancements).
      • Market reaction analysis: analyze market reaction to any new pricing enhancement launched.
    Requirements
    • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to prioritize to meet business needs.
    • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
    • Program and project management skills.
    • Adept at business partnering and working with cross-functional teams, building meaningful business relationships along the way.
    • Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role.
    • Thorough understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles.
    • Experience in Sales Operations in a software or service company can be a plus.
    • Experience with SFDC tool can also be a plus.
    • Fluent English is required as it will be the working language.
    Location and Reporting

Preferred location: Spain (Malaga / Granada / Barcelona)
