Lead Multi-Channel Campaign Planning for DAZN

DAZN, a leading global sports broadcaster, is seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to lead multi-channel campaign planning for one of the top four U.S. sports leagues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in CRM roles, with experience in campaign delivery, segmentation, and personalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-channel campaign planning to drive revenue growth, upsell, and subscriber retention
  • Clearly articulate campaign and segmentation plans to the CRM operations team
  • Oversee creative briefs, asset coordination, and below-the-line messaging specific to the sport
  • Drive personalization and segmentation efforts for optimal conversion and engagement
  • Champion testing and optimization of CRM strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a CRM role
  • Bilingual English skills, enabling content creation in English
  • Interest in data analysis and interpretation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities
