Growth Development Director

NPAW is a leader in video intelligence, empowering online streaming services to grow and thrive. As our Growth Development Director, you'll drive customer acquisition and retention efforts, identifying opportunities for upgrades and growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, analyzing customer engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Market Analysis: Analyze customer engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress and provide support as needed to ensure successful implementation of service agreements.
Requirements:
- +2 years of customer-facing work experience with a proven ability to deliver results.
- Proven experience in key account management in a SaaS environment.
- Customer-oriented person with a strong focus on results.
- A high aptitude with technical environments.
- Strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
- Understanding of the strategic sales process.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage client demands.
- Ability to understand technical documentation and extract the product value.
- Advanced level of English and French.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Background in online media delivery technologies (video formats and codecs, video delivery protocols, Player technologies) will be a plus.
Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Location: Barcelona, Spain.
