Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Spearhead the sales of our innovative technological solutions in your sales area, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and fitness industry knowledge.
- Consulting and Business Development: Act as a business and technology consultant to analyze and understand client business challenges, providing tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.
- Product Demonstrations and Showcasing: Promote and demonstrate EGYM's solutions to clients, generating new business opportunities through cold calling, visits, and other sales strategies.
- Business Case Development: Create and present business cases, offers, and concepts to a wide range of clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
- Event Planning and Execution: Organize and execute regional sales events with the support of our Marketing team, driving engagement and conversion.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reporting to our Country Director, using Salesforce to track and analyze sales performance.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in solution selling (B2B) and consultancy, preferably with a technological background, including a successful track record in selling solutions and consultant services.
- Fitness Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in a commercial or financial role or as a manager of a sport, fitness, or health center, with a deep understanding of economics and business model design.
- Results-Oriented: A highly motivated and result-driven individual, looking to shape the future of the fitness and health industry, with the ability to create and grow a customer network.
- Structured and Organized: Highly structured in your daily work, with first-hand experience in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Communication Skills: Passionate about digitalization, with very good communication skills (solid level of English - spoken and written) to spread this passion.
